Notice on Soliciting the Needs for Going Overseas to “Bring in Investment and Talents”

Science and technology bureaus of the cities (including Dingzhou City and Xinji City), high-tech zones, economic development zones, and free trade zones at all levels in Hebei Province, high-tech enterprise in Hebei Province, and provincial medical institutions, institutions of higher learning, and scientific research institutes:

According to the improved and adjusted COVID-19 prevention and control policy, this year's work of going overseas to “Bring in Investment and Talents” ushers in new opportunities. For the purpose of seizing new opportunities for high-quality development of external exchanges and cooperation under the new situation, we will establish the communication channels between foreign countries (overseas) and the institutions in Hebei Province that need to bring in talents from overseas, to improve the efficiency of communication and connection between overseas resources channels and the institutions in Hebei Province that need to bring in talents from overseas. We hereby solicit the needs for going overseas to “Bring in Investment and Talents”.

All organizations concerned shall summarize the needs of their districts or units for going overseas to conduct exchanges, and based on the “Proposed Routes for Going Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’” (see Annex 1), complete the “Form of the Person Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” and the “Summary Table of Persons Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” (see Annexes 2 and 3), and submit the information of the persons who will go overseas to “Bring in Investment and Talents” and the specific contents of proposed work.

The science and technology bureaus of the cities shall work together with local high-tech zones, economic development zones, free trade zones and relevant departments at all levels to systematically summarize the needs of going overseas by local enterprises, medical institutions, educational institutions, and research institutes that need to bring in talents, and based on the “Proposed Routes for Going Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’” (see Annex 1), organize the completion of the “Form of the Person Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” (see Annex 2), conduct summarization to complete the “Summary Table of Persons Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” (see Annex 3), and submit them in a unified manner.

Before April 15, all organizations concerned shall submit the completed “Form of the Person Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” and “Summary Table of Persons Who Will Go Overseas to ‘Bring in Investment and Talents’ and Proposed Work” (both Word version and PDF version with an official seal) to hbkjtwzc@163.com.
