This activity is a special event for talents exchange between China and foreign countries in a series of online activities of Innovation Conference. The activity is divided into three parts: keynote speech on opportunities and challenges of overseas talents in China, live broadcast led by representatives of specialized and top enterprises in China, and promotion by representatives of overseas talents organizations. More than 8,000 people tuned in online.
Yang Fei, deputy director of Jiangsu International Science and Technology Exchange and Cooperation Center, delivered a speech, saying that Jiangsu, as an important talent highland in the country, has been accelerating the construction of a province with strong talents in the new era. Jiangsu has formulated and implemented a series of preferential policies to attract talented people from around the world to work and start businesses in Jiangsu. This overseas talent exchange will adopt the mode of wired + live broadcast, build a cross-border exchange platform, and promote the new practice of gathering talents to use talents and serving Jiangsu. It is hoped that talents at home and abroad can seize good opportunities, explore and cooperate with enterprises, colleges and research institutions of our province, and maximize the social value of talents' intelligence.
Hans Stoter, chairman of Nanjing Overseas Collaborative Innovation Center (Stuttgart, Germany), also mentioned in his speech that "with the internationalization of China, more and more foreign enterprises enter China, and the local demand for research and development and industrial cooperation is also increasing. Such demand provides a lot of development opportunities for international talents. Through these opportunities, talents from all over the world can further improve their professional skills and achieve better development. Zhu Mingrong, chairman of the Professional Committee of Automotive Talents of China Research Society for Talent and secretary-general of Global Automotive Elite Organization, was invited to deliver a keynote speech. Zhu mentioned that the outbreak of COVID-19 is a watershed in the global talent competition, and a country's epidemic prevention and control level has become an important bonus point in the current international talent competition. At present, China's economy is stable and improving, and it has an important advantage in attracting overseas talents to China. China's achievements in epidemic prevention and control have injected confidence and hope into overseas talents, and the pull of attracting overseas talents to "return" is growing. The number of job seekers in China has surged since the outbreak of COVID-19.

At the end of the ENRICH event, Dr. Sara Medina from the EU Research and Innovation Center gave a detailed analysis of the flow and development of talents between Europe and China. She also called on EURAXESS and Horizon Europe to enrich more talents from China and Europe.
Chen Minghong, President of AEIE European Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, said that a large number of European experts and young talents are very interested in the opportunities in China, and many of them have conducted in-depth exchanges with Chinese universities, institutes, enterprises and parks. When the international situation eases, these talent cooperation projects will continue to promote the exchange of talents between China and Europe.
