On May 31, “Hebei Provincial Demand Collection Forum for the Introduction Project of Talents and Intelligents --- Overseas Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum”, which was sponsored by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Hebei Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and undertaken by Hebei Ruituo Information Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Shijiazhuang Beautiful East Hotel. The conference was conducted online and offline.
Wang Zhongqun, Director of Foreign Experts Affairs Management Division of Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, attended the Forum by video and made a speech. Director Wang said that Hebei Province was in a historical development window and a strategic opportunity period, Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology attached great importance to the returnees, and paid full attention to the returnees’ demands in the aspects of innovation, entrepreneurship, science and technology transformation. He hoped that the representatives of overseas students and demand enterprises attending the Forum could speak freely, express their demands for employment and entrepreneurship fully, and contribute ideas jointly and exert efforts to help overseas students settle down in Hebei and serve Hebei quickly.
During the Forum, Zhao Zongmao, Vice President of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, hoped that all overseas students could mind “national affairs” and shoulder “national responsibilities” to make contributions to scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Hebei Province by sharing the party and state leaders’ expectations and requirements for the returnees in the aspects of “fostering virtue through education, cultural confidence” in the near future, and by sharing their own experience in studying abroad and studying tour. The representatives of enterprises and public institutions including Hebei International Studies University and Hebei Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. introduced the enterprise and the demands for overseas study talents. Chen Xiaolong and Cui Xiaoxiong, Responsible Person of Overseas Returnees Club, Secretary General Geng Shuo and the representatives of overseas students expounded the demands for employment and entrepreneurship of overseas students after returning to China.
In the Forum, successful employment and entrepreneurship returnees including Ding Ningning, General Manager of Hebei Impact Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Boning, General Manager of Hebei Qianhe Investment, and Hu Wenjing, We-Media Entrepreneur, shared their successful experience in employment and entrepreneurship, and exchanged views on the concerns of the returnees.
At last, in combination with specific demands of the returnees, Fan Jingxian, General Manager of Hebei Huancai Education Technology Co., Ltd., said that Hebei Global Intelligence Information would, according to the working requirements of Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Hebei Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs), actively build and improve the employment and entrepreneurship exchange platform for enterprises and public institutions and overseas students, do a good job in the promotion of demands and project docking, and accelerate the achievement of cooperation.
In recent years, there has been a sustained increase in the number of overseas students returning to China for employment and entrepreneurship. A large number of overseas students returning to China and their own provinces for employment and entrepreneurship will release great development energy. Hebei Provincial Demand Collection Forum for the Introduction of Talents and Intelligents --- Overseas Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Session fully collected the doubts and difficulties of the returnees in employment and entrepreneurship, so that relevant enterprises and public institutions of Hebei Province could provide a full range of three-dimensional services for the returnees to promote their settlement down in Hebei and service for Hebei.
