Sichuan-chongqing Mutual recognition of foreign high-end talents applies to all foreign high-end talents who apply for transfer within the Shuangcheng Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region (Category A). The Mutual Recognition Plan optimizes the procedure. Foreign high-end talents who work in Shuangcheng Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area only need to fill in the Mutual Recognition Information Form of Work Permit for Foreign High-end Talents in Sichuan and Chongqing Area, and are exempted from submitting application materials such as work qualification certificate and highest degree (academic degree) certificate, which improves the approval efficiency.
In terms of talent treatment, according to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the validity period of a foreigner's work residence permit is 90 days at the minimum and five years at the longest. According to the Mutual Recognition Plan, high-end talents who work in Shuangcheng Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area can be granted a Foreigner Work Permit with a maximum validity of 5 years on the premise of complying with laws and regulations and relevant regulations.
