On March 5th, the special press conference for project docking in the field of overseas higher and vocational education, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and undertaken by the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Overseas Talent Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, was grandly held at the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Overseas Talent Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. Sun Yifang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Expert Management Office of the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Province, and Cao Fengmei, Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Shijiazhuang High tech Zone, attended the meeting. Foreign experts in the field of education, Professor Tomasz from Poland and Dean Fedir from Ukraine, were specially invited to attend this conference and present the project.

Through the release of international education projects, the docking of high-end education experts and talents, and the sharing of achievements in the implementation of international education projects, it aims to facilitate more in-depth and wide-ranging education projects, inject new impetus into innovation and progress in the education field, build an international exchange and cooperation platform for Hebei, and enhance Hebei's strength in the international education field.
Director Wang Zhongqun stated that this project docking conference has gathered various international resources in the field of education. Through the release of international education projects, new educational development measures and paths have been explored, and joint research has been conducted to promote innovation and development of educational institutions in the province. This has promoted the organic connection of the education chain, talent chain, funding chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, and built a cooperation platform for the introduction and docking of projects, technologies, and talents in the international education field in Hebei.
In addition, Professor Tomasz, a foreign expert in the field of education, was invited to share his experience and forward-looking views on international education cooperation with Fedir at this conference, providing rich academic and practical insights for everyone.
12 projects were released on-site and 3 projects were signed, including talent introduction, technology introduction, overseas training, international exchange activities, etc., laying a solid foundation for promoting international education exchange and cooperation, internationalization of teaching staff, and international cooperation research in Hebei Province.
